Together with your DOWNEY account manager, you will sit down to discuss your needs, wants and aspirations.

 

From here, we will visit your project space to see how it can all come together.

 

Our design team will produce 'first draft' drawings based on our conversations and site visit.

 

Once we are 'agreed in principle', your account manager will present your drawings for sign off.

Now it's time to lift your design from the page to our factory floor for manufacture.

 

Finally, we are ready to fit your furniture, in your location, with precision skill and care.
